Since our Asset Management service is fee compensated and not commission driven, our investment analysis and recommendations are independently researched. Being an independent firm, we offer no biased recommendations. We want your assets to trully  outlive you, not for you to outlive your assets. A recent study has shown that 91 % of a portfolio’s performance is determined by asset allocation. Asset Management through asset allocation insures that your portfolio is right for you by undergoing continual balance with the financial markets and your time-horizon, attitude toward risk, goals, family and tax considerations. By this methodology we manage individual and joint investment portfolio’s, IRA’s, trust accounts, retirement, estate accounts and accounts for children and grandchildren as well as small business and professional accounts. Asset Management is a 5-step process.

The 5 Step Process

Step 1. The first step is to determine your goals, risk tolerance, tax status, time horizon
and assets under ownership. This step requires filling out a confidential
            questionnaire and an office visit.

Step 2. An asset allocation investment plan is designed. Drawing on the data
from step 1, suitable investments are methodically chosen to meet the
design criteria. Investments may include common and preferred stock,
taxable and tax-free bonds, mutual funds (foreign and domestic
stocks and bonds) and variable and fixed tax-deferred annuities.

Step 3. After client approval, the investment plan is entirely implemented by
            Langway Capital Management.

Step 4. We provide an ongoing program of monitoring, adjusting and rebalancing
your portfolio as dynamics dictate. (see step 2)

Step 5. Quarterly reports are issued. Management reviews with clients, examine
investment positions, value, transactions and performance. E-mail
            and  telephone calls are welcome.
